The Memorial Union (MU) located in the center of the Tempe campus at Arizona State University contains restaurants, meeting space and lounge areas for students and staff. Three LCD screens inform MU visitors of on-campus events and promotions from local and national businesses. The MU is estimated to have the most daily pedestrian traffic of any building in the State of Arizona. This translates to great exposure for your business! DIGITAL DISPLAY MONTHLY RATES

RESERVATION PROCEDURE
• Reservations and copy must be supplied to the ASU Advertising Department no later than 5 working days before the it is scheduled to run on the display. If custom design or production services are required we would ask that you supply whatever content or text you may have no later than the following day if not sooner.
• It is the responsibility of the client to ensure accuracy of (supplied) content and that all graphic standards are met.
• Unless otherwise indicated, displays will be run on ALL Memorial Union LCD's.
• Dated and time-sensitive displays will be removed after expiration of relative information, regardless of reservation period.

DISPLAY CASE RESERVATION RATES (MONTHLY)

GENERAL INFORMATION

The Memorial Union has display cases located at the north staircases of the building on the first and second levels. Display cases are open on two sides, and all displays must advertise out to both sides. Display cases may be reserved by the campus community to showcase and promote ASU departments, student organizations and their programs and services. Display cases are separated into east and west for each floor. Each space measures 3 feet wide, 2 feet deep and 8 feet high; shelves are located in each case. Groups are limited to one case at a time. Banners cannot exceed 3 ft. x 6 ft. tall and must have grommets on the top and bottom for hanging.

Poster locations may be reserved by the campus community to showcase and promote ASU departments, registered student organizations, and MU business partners. MU Business partners are defined as any business renting or leasing space from the Memorial Union.
